The Active Retirement Community Directory section is designed to help you find the residential community that will lead to an enjoyable retirement.  The communities listed offer both social and recreation lifestyles, and usually include a gathering center, recreation center or clubhouse that is the focal point for activities.  The homes in these communities range in cost from $50,000 manufactured homes to estate homes on large plots of land that cost from $700,000 to $1,000,000.

A great number of active retirement communities are being built these days to meet the growing number of seniors seeking these types of communities. We add new listings every week.
