- Penrose Heritage Museum: When you take your free tour of the Penrose Heritage Museum at 515 S Cascade Ave., you’ll be amazed at how time seems to reverse itself. There are 31 horse-drawn carriages, plus 13 motorized vehicles, including 1920s race cars, a 1928 Cadillac limousine and a 1906 Renault. President William Henry Harrison road in one of the two presidential carriages at the museum, while the other – circa 1862 – belonged to President Chester Arthur.
