Services and Amenities for Cantata Adult Life Services Residents

Independent Living: Wye Valley Apartments offers 66 maintenance-free rental homes in a secured building. Three floor plans are available: one-bedroom, one-bedroom deluxe and two-bedroom for monthly rentals of $2,250 to $3,250. Facilities include a café, access to the fitness center and wellness clinic, laundry, on-site beauty/barber shop, activity room, library, patio, and reserved parking. Services include mid-day dinner (additional meals available), housekeeping, 24-hour campus security, emergency-call pendant/bracelet, satellite TV and Wi-Fi, all utilities except phone, and complete apartment maintenance. Residents can participate in classes, trips and activities coordinated by a full-time activities director. Full-time front desk support and guest apartments for visitors also are available. Pets are welcome at Wye Valley Apartments.

Assisted Living: With 73 apartments and 24-hour nursing care, the Woodlands’ team offers support for residents with daily activities—from personal assistance with daily tasks to medication reminders. Receive three daily meals, a personalized wellness plan, scheduled non-medical assistance as needed, 24-hour call pendant, housekeeping, laundry, and all utilities except telephone service as part of our assisted living services. Residents also have access to the fitness center and wellness clinic, the library and lounges, an on-site bank, and transportation to off-site outings. Podiatry, dental, audiology, and vision series, as well as a hair salon, are available on campus. Three floor plans are offered for assisted living: studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom for monthly rentals that range from $4,440 to $5,439.

Enhanced Living: The British Home offers long-term care and rehabilitation services with 72 skilled nursing rooms in an easy-to-navigate environment and intimate environment. Services include three nutritional meals a day, 24-hour nursing care, satellite TV, housekeeping, laundry, and all utilities except phone. The British Home also has comfortable common living areas where residents can interact with their families. Life Enrichment programs, educational and recreational activities, and social events are available and encouraged for our residents. Inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services are both available when short-term recuperative care is appropriate. Medicare and select insurance companies (major carriers) are accepted.
