Serenades person directed care organizes hours, patterns and assignments to meet residents’ preferences. We celebrate the individual and his/her needs. Monthly wellness exams and ongoing assessments ensure our residents are receiving exceptional care at all times
Our partnerships with families fosters a commitment to participation by ongoing communication and involvement. Our staff conducts extensive interviews with family members to share the resident’s history, interests and daily routines. This empowers the staff to interact with the resident and family with personal knowledge and understanding.
Serenades by Sonata provides individual personal care assistance, medication management, three nutritious meals and snacks, a progressive wellness program and a state of the art activity program. To ensure the most current resources and techniques are being used, our staff receives continuing education.
Our goal is to promote dignity, trust and peace of mind of all Serenades’ residents while inspiring joy.
