How to Buy Boca Walk-In Tubs

You can start the buying process by requesting a free quote by phone, email, text or by selecting “Get My Free Quote” on the website. Boca is one of the few walk-in tub companies that doesn’t require a home visit to get a quote. The company displays spec sheets for each tub type online so that you can measure your bathroom beforehand.

After you order, Boca typically takes four to six weeks to build your tub. The company then schedules an installation appointment and oversees the process from start to finish.

Installations can usually be completed in one day, although more complex plumbing or electrical work may take longer.

The remaining balance is due upon installation unless you arrange financing.

No complaints about the tub itself. It was the installer and salesperson who I have a problem with. The Installer of the tub finished install and did not check for leaks. The next morning, I woke up to water coming up through the floor tiles. I contacted the salesperson and he said he would get someone there. He did call a local plumbing shop but they could not get there till late afternoon. The installer called and said to take the face off the tub. I did this and could not see a leak. My bare foot touched the water and it was warm. That means it's the hot side leaking. I grabbed the hot water line and it started really leaking. So I ran to home depot to get a shutoff key to shut off my water meter. I bought a new valve and installed it on the tub hot water line. Water was restored to the house. No leaks and set up a fan to dry the floor out.

I have called for service because I have a leaking faucet and in a week I have not received a return call and the last time I talked with a representative. They only have two service personnel and the closest is in Chicago. I also call to get information on the faucet and that request has not been answered. The installation took almost 4 hour, but the finished product was beautiful! We waited 48 hours before bathing, the recommended wait was 24 hours so the caulking could cure. Comments from family members were exhilarating, incredible, aaaahh!!! Delicious, and do I have to get out yet?

There are two seniors in our household, both with falls in the past ...the tub won't be listed as one of them. There is a Boca representative that lives in the area, so if we ever have an issue, all we need to do is call and they'll be here. It has a lifetime guarantee, which is assurance that we will have years of bathing comfort.
