Nevada’s effective property tax rate is 0.60%, or $1,614 on a $276,900 home, which is the median home value in the state. Veterans and their surviving spouses, blind persons and taxpayers with disabilities are eligible for property tax breaks. There are no property tax breaks for seniors.
