Still waiting for a replacement. By the sound of it, it will arrive after I suffocate while trying to sleep, or die from liver complications from a compound in the machine. Or receive someone else’s refurbished machine. And the VA approves all of this. Sleep well.

My bipap machine is on a recall. Philips said it should have been replaced by the end of 2022. It wasn't. I try phoning and no one knows what is happening. Customer service is very bad! In December the portal said that all was progressing to replace the unit by the end of 2022.
In January the portal said that more information was needed. I phoned 888-511-2797 and they said that they could not recognize my confirmation code. No one knows what is going on. A recording said that it recognized my phone number and someone would call within 48 hours. That wasn't true.

I received “The Dream Station2” replacement in late 2021. I like the smaller unit but soon realized that the unit does not automatically turn off if my mask is disconnected accidentally or intentionally. It come on automatically but will run all day if I don’t manually turn it off.
How does one determine if the mask leaks or if I am getting the right Therapy. Neither my doctor not the provider is able to correct this major problem.
I took the machine back to the provider who after about an hour researching and calling around told me they couldn’t figure out how to activate the automatic off feature. I can’t get another machine they my insurance for 2 years.

I am in a situation where I got 1200 miles from home and realized that The power Supply Cord for my Dream station was not in the bag. I have a lung condition that is severe and the Bipap machine is a necessary item to maintain my O2 levels at night. So I never miss a night.
I could not locate a power Supply anywhere in the Raleigh, NC area. I found a universal unit that was rated 12VDC, 90 watts, and the correct connector. Needed it for emergency reasons.
Unit powered up, but would not operate because Phillips cares more about selling their products than people's health.
They make a proprietary circuit within the power supply that makes it impossible to use any other comparable supply but theirs. Even in an emergency. Will be dumping this unit as soon as I get back home.

The minute I put this on I am fighting for every breath. Set by the vendor and no support from the vendor. Headache, night sweats both new to me since starting this machine. My family dr recommends resetting the machine vendor won't return calls. I have to get 21 days compliance to retain cdl. I will suffer through 21 days of this for that. Thank you for a machine that steals 4 hrs of restful sleep from me per night.
