This is the vendor for my Medicare part C plan. I tried to set up an account so I could check my benefits before filing for out of network glasses. I got a pop-up saying registration was accepted and check email to get a link to open my account. No email (not in spam, either).

I clicked on “support” and got a form to fill out. Still waiting for the “customer service” rep to contact me.

Absolutely horrible customer service. If you like the runaround, EyeMed is the place for you. Can you talk to a human? LOL, they all have been digitalized. Sad our company pick this place. If you are shopping for your company, please do not use EyeMed. Your employees deserve better. Martin.

Not able to connect to have my questions answered and when sent a list of the 19 providers in my area they only send me 2. The call says to respond to the text to receive further information. I respond and get the same generic response as before.

I can't find any providers and do not know what plan I have because the system does not allow for any other questions than what is my co pay...sad sorry excuse for an insurance plan.

I enrolled through care with Covered California, but they incorrectly stated that I was ineligible for medi-cal, so I purchased this vision plan.

I never used any of the services because a few weeks later Covered California contacted me and told me that I actually WAS eligible for medi-cal, and now have enrolled in a medi-cal plan that has vision care included.

They told me it was because COVID-19 has messed everything up. I assumed Eyemed would understand this and let me cancel my policy, but they will not let me cancel my policy for a whole another month until my medi-cal Anthem Blue Cross plan is effective AND will not refund me!

Eyemed should be more understanding during this time. I'll never purchase a plan with them in the future should I ever have an option to.

On December 31, 2019, I submitted a claim to Eye Med for glasses I got from Warby **. They say the claim was processed but to date, June 14 2020, I never received a check.

According to them, the check was mailed out twice to the correct address. So how was it never received? After my third complaint they said they would contact me within 14 working days. That time has now passed and no check, email or correspondence from these crooks. I'm calling this fraud.

I have insurance with them in the US Virgin islands but there's no way to select that on your drop down menu so I selected Florida.

Eyemed doesn’t coordinate benefits with your insurance company. If you need to see the eye doctor for both refraction and a medical problem, glaucoma, nevus, etc. You need to set up 2 appointments back to back. One for Eyemed and one for medical. If you don’t you will be responsible for the refraction costs. For me it was $50.

Eyemed does not play well with Warby Parker, despite their cheaper cost for both, lenses and frames. I submitted a claim to Eyemed and got zero back. Too bad the window to change insurance have passed. I won't forget this during next open season.

I was at Lenscrafters in Bellingham 2 days ago and selected a $100 pair of glasses $100. When I said I wanted to use my $200 Humana/Eyemed allowance for glasses to pay, my cost was $75. Whaa!!! How? NOW my $100 glasses are about $300 and essentially I'm being offered a bribe --$25--to allow Lenscrafters/Eyemed to extract $200 from the public purse. I think it's just criminal to be offered such a tacky little bribe for my valuable senior services. John
