It was painless, everything went just as Ron and Andy said it would. Ron was very knowledgeable about what was going on in the markets and passed that knowledge on to me. Ron also made it clear if I had any additional questions he was there. And he is.

We made an investment as a test with Patriot Gold, this was our first direct precious metals attempt. The process for initial set-up was not as easy as advertised and required more effort than expected. This was solely based on a lack of straight forward explanation of the administrative process.

It required asking for assistance from our account manager more than what was expected. This was not our first IRA roll-over, so the process was not new. Our biggest issue is the IRA administration company. The lack of response to both phone calls and emails is extensive.

Still waiting on both communication platforms in excess of 8 days. We continue to be concerned about account value and the associated differences in working with metals, i.e., retail costs vs. management of spot weight.

In our first quarter we lost the value of 50%. This apparent difference still has not been explained by Equity Institutional. Based on our initial experience I would not use this Financial Management organization.
