Moving from Ca. To TX. 24/7 picked up my stuff April 24th, It is now June 9th and I still do not have my stuff. I paid $12,000 to move. I call and leave messages, I text them. I get no response back. I still have no Idea when my stuff will arrive.

Overall it was a smooth experience. The price was right and they definitely did a great job moving our stuff from New Jersey to Florida.

We knew it was going to take a solid company to get it right and 24/7 Logistic Services delivered on their promise. They were very professional and will come highly recommended to anyone I know.

Great moving company. The entire team at the office and the movers were very helpful with the entire process. Highly recommended to any of my family or friends. The price was less than I had expected... And I have moved before long distances with other companies.

I've moved interstate 5 times and this was the worst company I have ever worked with. They were pleasant in giving me a quote and taking my deposit- and I could never reach that guy again. He never answered emails and the customer service line went unanswered for days at a time.

The movers were extremely rude and kept telling me to "look at the truck" because it was too small for all of my belongings- so the driver informed me I did a poor job packing, the estimate was due to my fault and now he would not be able to go home on time because they had to load over 2 days.

Not to mention the movers cursing at each other in front of my daughter. 2 weeks later, no furniture, no communication, I called and emailed multiple times. They called me at 230 pm to tell me they were delivering 9 pm that night.

I told them I could not get a money order for the INCREASED AMOUNT they were charging- almost double the estimate.

They left rude aggressive voicemails on my phone telling me they would be there at 7 am and if I wasn't there they were going to charge me $150/hr until I got there. When I arrived they told me they were charging an elevator fee, 75 steps fee, and $150 bc I was 15 minutes late.

I had to go back to the bank for MORE money. They held my belongings hostage while I went to get more money while sending me rude emails. Finally I threatened to call the police, BBB and a lawyer for extortion. Absolutely awful experience.

Where to begin? Well first, I asked for full packing services, which the salesman assured me was included on my estimate. When I called to confirm this before my move, he confirmed it again.

Imagine my horror when the movers come to my house, unpacked, and they tell me they are not packing up my things for me. The mover was incredibly rude, "mansplaining" what my estimate should have looked like for a full pack. He haggled with me.

He passive aggressively complained that there were items I needed moved that were not on the inventory (a plant stand that weighed all of 2 pounds!).

We both kept trying to get in touch with the company regarding the mishap of the full pack, but neither of us could get hold of them for hours. That's the thing with this company. Once they have your money, you will never hear from them again.

I literally had to pretend I was a new customer, filling out a questionnaire online for a new move, to get in contact with the company. Of course within minutes of sending the form, a new salesman called, as nice as can be.

When I explained to him that I had to "trick" the company, he was very rude. He told me to call the main line and I could get a hold of someone.

I explained that I had been unable to get a hold of someone through the main line, and he literally said: "So now you're calling me a liar!?!" I was also told that this company does not use brokers to move the items.

Based on my interaction with the movers that came to my house (and left packaging shrapnel everywhere, btw), and how even they couldn't get in contact with the main office, that seems like lie.

Don't fall for the salesman's gimmick that he's "never had a move take longer than" x amount of time. I got some vague claims that it likely would only take 5-7 days to get my delivery.

It has been two weeks since the movers picked up my things from California. Guess where my stuff is currently? CALIFORNIA. It hasn't even made it onto a delivery truck.

I couldn't even hold out for my delivery (who knows when that will be) to warn others to AVOID THIS COMPANY.

You can also read one-star Yelp reviews and the company's response to these bad reviews. They are even rude here. They deny the customer is in their system, or argue with the customer about his or her experience.

I wish they spent more time actually answering the phone than trying to respond to every negative review they have out there; that's a lot of time, they have a lot of bad reviews! Do not make the same mistake I did. Do not use this company.

I've moved 5 times prior to this move from California to Virginia. Of all the moving companies, this was the worst by far. Not only can I not recommend their services, I will never use them again. They are focused on making profits at the expense of the customer.

My items were delivered 26 days after the scheduled delivery date. My items were picked up 4 days after they were supposed to have arrived at my new residence. 24/7 subcontracts the move and has limited oversight and poor communication with the subcontractors. I was given a delivery date three different times. The day before delivery I would call to confirm drop off time. I was often told we don't know or we can't get in touch with the dispatcher. The items wouldn't arrive on the scheduled day and I'd start the process over again.

24/7 is reactive instead of proactive and has little follow through. If you don't constantly call and keep on top of the move, you will never hear from them. Items were moved multiple times from multiple vehicles. My one bedroom apartment was loaded onto a moving truck, transferred to storage, transferred to an 18 wheeler, transferred back to a moving truck and finally delivered. The transfer from an 18 Wheeler to a moving truck was their discretion but cost me an additional $450.00.

The items do not take a direct route. The truck came from Virgina to Cali, then to Florida, then Georgia, then Virginia. A box that was not part of my shipment was delivered with my items. They did not check the shipping manifest when they delivered the items. If I had not called to advise that the incorrect box was delivered, no one but the box's owner would know or care. It took a week of calling daily to get a date scheduled for the box to be picked up.

On the date scheduled, no one came. Bottom line: You can expect your items to be delivered well beyond their scheduled delivery date. You can expect little to no communication concerning when they will arrive and to not take a direct route to get to you. You can expect your items to be moved several times after they leave your residence and you might be missing a box. The company will take little to no care to ensure it gets back to you.
