I have had my Easy Rest Adjustable Bed for over 3 years now. I mainly ordered it for my wife, who has a lot of back pain from 4 spinal surgeries. I only wish I had known about the adjustable bed years ago. I surely would have had one.

It has helped her to get much better rest than our old flat bed. It has also reduced her pain so much so that she was able to come off her prescription pain meds. She is much happier now too. I also love the bed for the extreme comfort. I especially love the massage. I would have to say I made a good choice investing in my Easy Rest.

I have had my Easy Rest for a few years now and I am completely satisfied. I have had a herniated disc in my lower lumbar and was in pain all the time. The adjustable bed was recommended to me and I have not regretted my decision to buy one. The pain has subsided in my back and I am able to do more things that I like to do. I was told by the salesman to find the position which gave me the best comfort and start there. I also sleep better and have more energy during the day.

I am very pleased with my Easy Rest bed. I am getting much better sleep due to relief from back pain, leg cramps and acid reflux. My wife recently had foot surgery and had to elevate her foot to reduce swelling and throbbing pain. She loves that she can do this as she recovers. She also has reflux and edema gets relief for these as well. I recommend this bed.

This bed has not helped my wife or myself with our health issues. Calls to headquarters are given to very curt and unsatisfying customer service people, namely Dave. They offer a thousand positions that are supposed to relieve our problems. This bed did not help us. Stay away from these people. They get rich on we old people.

Beware of these shysters! These thieves came into my mother-in-law's house, sold her, who has Alzheimer's and doesn't know what's going on most of the time, a junk bed while there was a medical emergency going on with her husband in the other room. These is the most disgusting of business practices.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM EASYREST. The bed is great, but the customer service is horrible. The owner should be ashamed to have a rude, unhelpful and unprofessional staff answering the phone. All I wanted was a replacement remote. I wanted an invoice sent so I get it paid by my trustee. Chris at customer service said, "no, they don't do that". And then he hung up on me.

I called back and asked for the legal department and Keith said no. I ask to be able to contact corporate headquarters and he said no. This was after I had a lengthy conversation with Ann Mowrey the public relations director. She said just send an email with a picture of the remote to customer service and they would help. But never call me and then they were rude and unprofessional when I called them. So DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY DON'T RESPECT THEIR CLIENTS.

I am 87 years of age, & a retired clinical project associate. In August I responded to a phone call soliciting my interest in an Easy Rest bed. Because I have experienced various problems from a broken ankle in 1995, with subsequent ankle replacement surgery in 2014 that still did not result in the degree of mobility & comfort I wanted, I was immediately interested.

A knowledgeable sales rep arrived at my home a day later for a personal meeting & when I continued to be receptive to the information I was given, I was hooked up by phone with his manager. The manager & I discussed payment & product options & next steps. My bed was installed two days later & I was instructed in the use of the various functions that were available. I have been using the bed regularly for two full months. I have slept soundly & restfully since then, w/the result that I have experienced less pain, less lower limb swelling, & greater mobility & stamina.

The massage function of the bed has provided me w/much needed therapeutic stimulation head to toe. Not for one moment have I regretted my purchase of the bed &, on the contrary, my spirits have been elevated by the knowledge that, however much longer I may live, my time on this planet can be more comfortable, less anxious, & more productive.

Certainly, not every owner of an Easy Spirit bed will have such up-lifting & elevating (puns intended) experiences as I have had -- my fibromyalgia symptoms have been lessened & I am no longer awakening during the night with aches & pains. It is no longer necessary for me to focus so much attention on my physical condition. That in itself is worth the cost of the bed. I am grateful in this time and in this place for the improvement this bed has made in my life.

I was sold on this bed, the salesman was so knowledgeable and professional. I just knew after the in home demonstration that I finally had the solution for my severe arthritis, wrong. I have had the bed for two weeks, half of what I was told the bed would do it does not do. The vibration give me a headache, I was told that the remote that came with the bed would have a light on it, it doesn’t.

I am so disappointed as well as dissatisfied with the purchase of a bed that cost me thousands of dollars and the pain that I have is no better now than it was before I made the purchase. I would not recommend this bed to anyone that has severe arthritis. I am sleeping no better as promised, I am still in severe pain. It’s just a glorified bed that they should pay people to even bring in their bedroom.

My husband and I bought this in July 2019. We were on the fence about buying it but after the salesman continued try over and over and saying that they were part of the craftmatic company which my parents loved we decided to bite the bullet. I have a lot of pain in knees, back and hip and was told this bed would fix that I was happy. Well it did not. I hurt more and it feels like the springs are pushing in my back. You have to be careful on being near the edge or it feels like u are falling off. I so wish I had never been talked in to this. Also if you do buy this beware and measure your room yourself. We were told we could get a king in our space and we could only get a queen. I am waiting on a memory foam piece to see if it helps but have not received it yet. Please beware all is not as it seems. I now have a 7000.00 dollar mattress system I hate

This bed is the worst bed I ever had , it’s been very painful bed, wake up with the worst backache and hips and shoulders, this is the poorest bed I have ever seen, don’t buy this bed from this company ever, price is way too high, unbelievable company, you are ripping people off. You don’t deserve to be in business at all. A big rip off. Stay away from these people.

Wife and I got 2 beds and right away had back and hip trouble. It's the most uncomfortable beds we ever had. Not only that they mislead us on the cost. We are retired and live on a small income. 2 years into it both of us became sick and had a hard time making the $180 a month payments. They straight away turned it over to a collection group. We still pay them $85 a month and that's not good enough for them. Our credit has taken a big hit, and because we can't pay what they want they are charging $18 extra a month. These beds are not worth the money at all. I only hope you see this before you buy one.

I bought an Easy Rest bed after seeing their ads for adjustable beds and we have been very happy with the beds we got almost a year ago. The beds have helped both my husband and me with some health issues and we sleep better than we did before. Everyone we came in contact with was very nice and helpful and we would recommend them if you are looking for an adjustable bed. My brother got one after he came and saw our bed since he liked it so much.

The problem The problem is the bed is way too expensive especially on a low income they people. Didn’t care nothing but to get your money. If you are on a fixed income please do not mess with these people.

Do not let the salesman in your door. Easy Rest does not stand behind their beds, read your contract before signing it. They give you only three days after signing the contract to cancel it writing, mind you the bed has not yet bed has not yet been delivered. RED LIGHT. This company does not back their horrible product. What company gives you 3 days to cancel merchandise costing thousands of dollars. This company and bed should be run out of the country. This company prey on the elderly and people with back issues.

Since we have had our Ed's now for almost 2 yrs we have went through all of the sponge mattress they have so they say and still have the worst sleeping nights I ever had. My wife and I have body aches now more than ever. The adjustable frame is awful when it adjusts up the frame comes up right in the middle of your back and u can't get comfortable. We have complained to them several times and they tried to help. So I am left paying for beds with sponge that we can't use to sleep on. So I guess we will try to find a company who can sell us the right sponge, may go to Thra-petic and see if they can help. Thanks.

l signed my husband and l up to a contest to win a free adjustable bed from Easy Rest. They called and offered me a free pillow if l would allow them to come to my house for a free presentation of one hour. A lady came to my house and stayed 3 hours. l thought she was going to spend the night. Finally she said, "before l go l need to make a telephone call." She called her supervisor who offered to sell me the bed at a lower price. He haggled with me for almost 2 hours reducing the price $3k. l couldn't afford the expensive bed and never once acted as if l could. They now call our house about ten times a day. l am an invalid and sleep very little at night. During the day, every time l fall asleep my phone rings. l scheduled another appointment with them yesterday in hopes of my being able to report this problem in person because my phone reports weren't working but no one came after us waiting here all afternoon. I am being harassed by Easy Rest Adjustable Beds.

Interest rates are high and they would not accept my credit card. They have their own finance people. Delivery on the bed was expensive and they did not tell me about that. My mattress is hard. It is not easy to sleep on. I have the premier. Would I buy from them again, no.
