Goldco is awesome. I moved my 401k to a precious metals IRA Rollover three years ago for safety and stability and never looked back. I enjoy the purchasing experience since I deal with a great rep. Their competence makes transactions easy.

I was promised additional silver (had a letter informing me I qualified to receive the additional silver). I moved the tradition IRA to a Precious Metals IRA. I got my phone call and planned to buy gold American Eagles. Here I was told I did not qualify for the silver unless I purchased a second-tier level coin. This was not what was explained to me in our introduction phone call.

I have now completed my third and fourth 401k transfer! My previous two experiences were fantastic. The representative I worked with, Jace, really took the time to answer all of my questions. Jace always responded very quickly every time I had a question, even months after my first account was set up. I contacted Jace by text recently, and he called me back the same day. I explained where I was at, and he reviewed my previous account balances. I had been dragging my feet on my second transfer, but Jace was ready to make the process quick and smooth.

My account was set up, my previous custodian was contacted, and the transfer was done. Jace called to tell me they had received my money and quickly finished the process (and he did so while on vacation). Thank you, Jace! Thank you to everyone who helped me with this transfer. Now, I've completed my third and fourth transfer, and Jace quickly and professionally handled everything just as he did before. On a side note, after completing my second 401k transfer and submitting my review, I never received the promised safe that was being offered. I hope this review doesn't turn out the same way.

Today was my second experience with GOLDCO. The first time was to transfer my 401K Retirement Fund to precious metals and today was to make a direct purchase of silver.
