After I received my first order I rated Goldco as excellent. Then I received some coins that I did not order. Since I could afford them I went ahead and purchased them. Then I received another set of coins that I had not ordered. When I contacted Goldco about these coins and said once again I would purchase them. I was told that they were what I had ordered and they were paid for and they were mine.

I figured someone had made a mistake of some kind and they would eventually find their error like the last time and call me. So I put the coins in a safe place and waited to see what would happen. 10 days went by and so I contacted a service representative and explained in great detail what had happened. A couple hours later I get a call from Goldco and I am told the coins were shipped to me by mistake and they would sell them to me at the same price as my first and second purchases. I was also told if I had just kept the coins no one would have ever found out so they thanked me for being honest and pursuing the truth rather than keeping the coins which are worth 10K.

Then I get a call from their confirmation team about my purchase. The guys spiel sounds like they are going to send me another order of coins. I explain to him I already have the coins and have paid for them and do not send me anymore. He didn’t know what to say or do but eventually figured it out and said there would not be another order sent out. I’m waiting to see if that is true.
