MULTIPLE boxes missing. Lots of furniture damaged, precious family heirlooms destroyed and all you get is lip service from the customer service department.
DO NOT understand why our belongings were separated and MANY items never found. Going on three months and NO resolution or satisfaction.
Everyday is affected by their mishandling of our belongings, incompetence and insensitivity to our situation. A nightmare and high level anxiety producing experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

After I reviewed the contract I discovered a multitude lot of misinformation & omitted information in our many telephone discussions and deposits, pickup and delivery dates, an inventory.

STOP!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! How did they got a 5 star review? They paid for it. Warning! Do not use these people. They Face-timed my mom and gave her an estimate. When they showed up (late) they more than doubled the price. They hold your items hostage.
They did not deliver for 3 weeks. They would not tell us where our items were. You have been warned. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

DO Not hire this company. They will take advantage of your circumstances. We lost near everything in the move that we hired them to do.
Items arrived destroyed, and they demanded 30% more to get what we had back. On top of Covid it was the worst experience. The stress alone can kill you.

Safebound Moving helped me move this past weekend. They do a good job communicating to schedule our move. I liked that they didn't have any additional fees and feel they charged a fair price. They were also on time! They were fast workers and took great care of all my belongings.
They did a good job wrapping everything and moving it all quickly. Highly recommend this company and crew!
