I have been wearing hearing aids for years. Unfortunately as I got older my hearing and the hearing aids started to fail. The crowning blow was when my puppy chewed my hearing aids and destroyed them. I thought I was going to have a long, difficult struggle finding a company to buy from. I had reached a point where I could not always understand friends and family in conversation. I realized that it was time to do something. Going on the internet, I started to research hearing aids. Soon I discovered some, although rather inexpensive were just hearing amplifiers. Only the Hear.com hearing aid has two microprocessors, one for speech and one for background noise. It was rated as excellent when compared to many other hearing aids that were rated as very good. There is an old adage that states you get what you pay for. I wanted excellent for the hearing aids that I would purchase. The Hear.com hearing aids did not disappoint. They have excellent customer service and I realize all that I was missing with my hearing loss. Best of all they are programmable so I can adjust my hearing needs in different environments. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the positive personal experience with them.

Hear.com has been very professional in setting up my hearing aids. I am 70 years old and was a little concerned about the hearing aid process, testing and fitting, but it was simple and they talked me through the procedure and it was a very simple procedure. The company came back to adjust them 3-4 times to do the fine tuning. Not hearing was frustrating not understanding my new grandkids. These hearings aids change everything for me. Attention, attitude, more cognitive and all out better life. I have tried the cheap ones on the commercials, but they were like amplifiers not aids. That was a waste of money.

They offer three different price ranges on what you need to hear. I took the middle ones and being retired they work wonderfully. Being able to be in the conversation has changed my life for the better. So glad I made the move to get them. Plus they gave me 45 days free of charge to try them out and adjustment. For me it was the right move to make. Don’t miss out on hearing your grandkids. It’s a new life.

My husband had complained about my asking him to repeat what I had said to him. I contacted Hear.com to try their no risk offer for hearing testing and hearing aid trial. The process has been smooth and easy. I have been treated with respect and friendly service. The hearing aids that I received seem to be quality instruments. The employees I have encountered are knowledgeable and friendly technicians. Although I am comfortable with the technician I am assigned to, the location is not as convenient as had hoped. I have not mentioned to him that I would prefer to be seen by a technician located nearer my home.

My new hearing aids were an online process. I received a box with supplies needed for a televisit to do a hearing Examination, including an otoscope to check the ears, headphones for hearing test and a bone conduction test. The process was explained and performed by Dr Todd **. The hearing aids were in the box and were programmed online based on the results of the hearing tests.

The new HORIZON hearing aids performed very well and I enjoyed trying out the different settings available. Dr Todd continued to follow up with me every 7 to 10 days for a total of 45 days. I appreciate his professional, yet friendly manner. I recommend this process, Dr Todd **, and the HORIZON hearing aids.

The communication and information I got all along the way with the process of being tested and then adjusting to my new hearing aids was excellent. I knew there were always people to help if I had questions. Being able to check in from home (over the tablet provided by the company) with the audiologist and others during the trial period was wonderfully convenient. I felt well served.

I was tired of asking people to speak up. I couldn’t hear people trying to talk to me, my wife said I had selective hearing and wasn’t listening to her. I couldn’t hear her. I could hear my grandchildren talking so I decided to try these hearing aids out. The entire team was great to work with. Very professional. Now I very seldom have to ask anyone to repeat themselves. I hear so much better. I didn’t realize how much I was missing till I started wearing them. It’s been great being able to hear everyone. The first time can hear my grandkid’s crystal clear has really been a great experience. I highly recommend trying them if you are having difficulty hearing people.

I suffered a hearing-loss related injury in the US Navy. Over the years, my hearing in my right ear degraded so much that it was affecting my relationship with my wife and others. I finally decided to take the steps to secure a hearing aid when I read an article about increased dementia likelihood if you can't hear. The article confirmed my reasoning, my brain was trying to put words in conversations I could not hear. Once I decided to move forward, I worked with 3 companies.

Hear.com was the only one to reach back out to me on several occasions, answered my questions, worked with my insurance, and assisted with the appointment. After the sale service was spectacular. And, ladies and gentlemen, this experience has been life-changing. I encourage all of you who are on the fence to get off it. You will not believe the difference, not only in your hearing, but in how it affects others. So HAPPY I did this!!

Very bad service. Yes, they give you a 45 day trial. But I believe all these people are worried about is making a sale and get near $6000. 2 weeks after my trial ran out, I had to send my Hearing aid Back to get repair. They kept on telling me all they needed was adjustments. The app does not work. So be aware. Keep an eye on that trial. So now I've been almost 3 weeks without my hearing aids and still paying payments. Very bad experience.

Even after I complained, they did not want to make good for anything. I asked for extension on my trial. Since they were defective. Or I asked them to give me a brand new set of hearing AIDS. They haven't done Neither. So my experience was very, very negative. As I'm sitting here now, my hearing AIDS are still not back from repair. Honestly seems like a scam to me. I thought they were nice people. Beware.

This is because it was not brought to our attention until two weeks after your trial period had already ended. You have an excellent pair of hearing aids that somehow became defective due to your receiver wires. They are currently at the manufacturer's office getting repaired. I picked up my hearing aids in Kaufman, TX and immediately could hear well and was pleased. I had several explicit questions for the guy who delivered them. First, I asked about the 3 year warranty and and second, the 3 year insurance that was part of the purchase. As expected, the warranty is for repairs only. Then I was told the insurance covered any loss, including by my dogs, for the full three years with multiple replacements as necessary. There was no mention of a deductible or that actually, only one replacement for each ear was covered. Any subsequent replacement would be at full cost per ear.

As I said, I specifically questioned the insurance because I have Beagles who will eat anything. Well, when taking out my hearing aids to put in the recharger I dropped one and my dog beat me to it. I was embarrassed when I called to order the replacement, but was surprised at Hear.com's answer. $400 replacement charge one time for each ear. Subsequent loss of the same hearing aid would cost almost as much as I paid for the entire pair. It feels like I was lied to.

The hearing aids are great but the delivery information was wrong either intentionally or the guy was not properly trained. Hear.com said this was spelled out in the papers I would be emailed in a few days. Too late, by far. I know this is a long review and the best thing I can say more shortly is, the hearing aids appear to be great but make sure you understand everything upon delivery and don't wait until "paperwork" may or may not be delivered.

I acknowledge that if I use my Loss & Damage replacement, I will be responsible for a manufacturer fee of $250.00 per aid and a provider service fee of $150.00. I understand that I have a 3-year Repair Warranty and a 3-year Loss & Damage coverage on the hearing aids only. The Repair Warranty starts on the date of the delivery and expires on 10/04/2026. I acknowledge that if I use my Loss & Damage replacement, I will be responsible for a manufacturer fee of $250.00 per aid and a provider service fee of $150.00." I will have my Partner Management team discuss this with your local provider so they are aware of the warranty coverage moving forward. From the very first phone call, to the visit online with the hearing specialist, up to and including right now, the customer service has been amazing. I am very satisfied with the hearing AIDS I purchased from Hear.com. They had financing available which I qualified for. I felt that I was experiencing hearing loss. I got in touch with Hear.com. They helped me with my entire process from even making a hearing appointment for me. Fortunately, I did not need hearing aids at this time and no one tried to force unneeded aids on me.

If needed in the future, I will definitely chose Hear.com as my provider. They were thorough in their information and honest in every way.

Wonderful follow through, so different from my first pair of hearing aids. They were only interested in getting my money, then they were missing in action. Love the aids, they work great, love the bluetooth. Overall, a wonderful product and a fantastic follow through by the audiologist.

Hear.com is a national company who uses Pratt Hearing in Toledo, Ohio. I find that both businesses are professional in their explanations and use of hearing aids. It does take time for the customer to adjust this new experience of wearing hearing aids.

Unfortunately my experience has been flawed from the get go! It started with the audiologist having trouble with his equipment at the setup. The units ended up with a hissing noise and at a follow up with audiologist he eliminated that but took the sound quality away with it.

He then stated there was an update and was unable to get it to download to my units. I have limped along since and at the expense of these units the customer service is nothing to what you experience during the sale and give back period.

At that time it all goes away but you keep paying for it. I work long hours and have voiced my concerns but I believe it only goes to my units that don’t receive even my Bluetooth. To say it falls on deaf ears is an understatement.

I got behind-the-ear hearing aids from Hear.com. It's an awesome device. I had hearing aids prior from a different company that were about 10 years old. They were also behind the ear, but they were nowhere near the level of sophistication that these devices from Hear.com have.

There's a lot more intelligence in the device itself as well as a pretty robust application that's on my iPhone. So, the combination of these two things really provides me a lot of value in terms of tuning the device in my ability to hear a lot more smoothly and efficiently.

This particular device has microphones in different places on the behind-the-ear components. There are different placement locations on the device, so I can direct where sound needs to come from using the application on my cellphone.

I have more flexibility and functionality to tune the nature of the sound that I get so that I can comprehend and hear it efficiently. That's been far superior to anything I've ever experienced before.

From the entirety of the experience, the very first call through delivery and managing support of the device, it has been absolutely outstanding.

I really like Hear.com's products because they are a lot better than my oldest hearing aids. I had a lot of trouble understanding my wife and I struggled in crowded areas and with background noise, and these have helped a lot.

I have over-the-ear hearing aids. Sometimes, I have a hard time hooking with Bluetooth. I've got an Android phone and I don't think it works as well as an iPhone, but it's been working lately. These hearing aids made my life better. Before, I just did not even pay attention to what was going on.

My hearing aids from Hear.com go around my ear, and then in the ear. They have little black things that you have to put on the end of them when you clean them.

I like these hearing aids. A lot of time, I don't wear them because I'm just at home and I'm by myself and I can put on the TV as loud as I want to. I like to wear them when I go out.

One thing that I really like about them is that it has a thing on my phone where I can narrow it down to the people that I'm with. It really helps. When I'm in a group of people, I can hear what they're saying and I don't have to say, "Huh?"

I decided to give Hear.com a try. I have had 4 different hearing aids over the last 10 years, and they did improve my hearing somewhat, but not to the point where I felt I could hear clearly and with ease of operating.

The service and attention from the Professionals have been very good and I appreciate their attention to details and all “on line”. The cost is high, but to me worth the investment.

I understand that some of the difference in this brand is that there are two chips build in, and maybe that is what makes so much easier to use. Thank you for improving my life. Inger **

Hear.com is great. I love them. I got behind-the-ear hearing aids. I've got glasses, so I got to figure out something there. Other than that, I do love being able to hear my telephone call in my ear. That's a nice thing.

I put my hearing aids in a little case every night, and they get recharged there. Every now and then, I have to recharge the case. They hold the charge for at least a week.

Hear.com sounded cutting-edge. It sounded like something that had been around yet informative and that they were moving forward. It wasn't just, "This is it, take it or leave it." I thought there was some innovation to it.

There are some really cool things with Hear.com. It seemed like they were aggressively intuitive about the future. They're keeping up with the times. So as technology comes out, they incorporate it. This is a great model A, and it's 100 years old, but it's a really good model A.

Also, there was no pushy pressure. It was all just information. The guy that I had spoken to simply said, "Do I sound pushy to you?" I said, "Not yet. But you won't know about it because I'll just hang up when you do."

He started laughing and said, "Awesome. Because I don't wanna sound like a salesman. I'm trying to educate you on your hearing."

I don't wear my hearing aids all the time. I've noticed a couple of things. When I wear them, I'm a little more aware of what's around me like the winds and the birds, the jets, and the ambulance. I hear more. One of the things I noticed was when I drive my '06 Ford F-350 Super Duty Diesel truck, I hear more squeaks.

I have fat fingers and I don't have a lot of feeling in my fingers, and the one thing that I don't like is when I get the piece I shove in my ear, I put that little thing on top of my ears and the hearing aid on top, and my wife always has to come and adjust it so that the piece is in my ear.

It's my own difficulties, and I don't wanna transfer them to my hearing aids because I think that'd be a little unfair.

We charge the hearing aids. I put them on that little thing up there by my sink. My container will charge them on three different occasions to full charge. So if I'm going on a trip, I don't bring my charger because I know that if I'm going on a four-day trip or a five-day trip, my hearing aid case charges them at night so they're fully ready to go the next day.

It's a portable carrying case that has a battery in it that will charge them three times the full charge, and I like that.

I like that I don't have to travel to Phoenix three and a half hours away. They have all this stuff. They sent me their equipment, I plug it in the way it's supposed to be plugged in, and they do the hearing tests and everything right over the phone.

When they gave me the hearing tests and everything, I was pretty impressed. It's just I could tell that the guy that did it was pushing because he had a time frame.

When I put my hearing aid on, it's a fight between the hearing aid and my glasses. There's only so much room between my ear and the head. So, I requested a longer tube.

They said, "We gave you the longest one we have." I said, "I understand that. But you weren't listening, I'm requesting a longer tube. I want the hearing aid to go behind my ear, not sit on top of my ear."

They didn't have a longer tube. They said they were gonna be coming out with one someplace four months from now. I told them to let me know. I said, "I'd love to buy one." They said, "Oh, you don't need to buy one, we just ship it to you."

After I bought it, they told me that there was a $300 referral fee. They said, "If you refer somebody to us, then we'll send you $300." I said, "Cool. Just apply it to the bill." They said, "Oh, we can't do that."

The other thing they said was, "You have to have the deal closed before we can send you a referral fee." "Okay. Well, if you can't send money, what are you doing?" It's a gift card from Costco. I haven't heard anything more about that at all. I referred my son and he bought one of the hearing aids, and he loves it.

I really love the way that they did the testing. That was the biggest reason why I actually called them. They sent me a box, and in that box, it had a laptop. We had cords that came out of this other little doohickey that plugged into that laptop.

So, when the rep did his testing, it's kind of what you'd call a Zoom call on that laptop so that laptop connected to him was connected to the hearing aid center in the box. I sat at my kitchen table and did my hearing test. I thought that was pretty freakin' cool.

Then they said, "Hang on to it for three weeks." I said, "Well, I thought we just did it?" They said, "Yeah. But when we send you your hearing aids, we may need to do some adjusting. If we do need to do some adjusting, then we will want you to hook back up to that."

They did make some adjustments because you could hear someone painting a house with a toothpick. That's too much.

Another thing I like about Hear.com is I can go into the program, which is on my phone, and I can adjust it myself. It is Bluetooth. So when I'm in church and I have my hearing aids in and the phone rings, it rings through my hearing aids and not out loud. So, I can call and say, "I'm in church. I'll call you back."

I called Hear.com and I spoke with Matreya. She was very good. So, I went ahead with everything, and I've been doing okay.

I'm happy with my hearing aids. They're good. I've had a few adjustments in the beginning. Other than that, everything seems to be okay. Once I was taught how to clean them, I've been doing that regularly.

They're very comfortable, and it definitely made a difference. My wife likes it. I was extremely satisfied. I would definitely encourage others to go with Hear.com.

I've been very satisfied with everyone concerned including the doctor there that I've been dealing with. He's been wonderful and very accommodating.

The rep who helped me at Hear.com was awesome. Claude was his name. Everything has been positive. He wasn't pushy at all. He just told me about his experience.

I didn't realize until I actually got my hearing aid how much I was missing. The background noises were too loud and the diction wasn't right, I'd have to look at people's lips and say, "Did they say man or did they say Sam?" It was hard distinguishing some consonants.

Sometimes, I would have to ask people three times, "Would you mind repeating that?" Sometimes, I still didn't get it, and I was too embarrassed to ask them to repeat it because I didn't understand what they said. I'm very happy with my hearing aids.

I was looking into purchasing an over-the-counter hearing aid. The ones I have are more expensive than the over-the-counter, but I like the idea that they grow with me. As my hearing needs change, they can be adjusted.

Hear.com was great. It worked out. They got me pre-approved and worked out a payment plan for me. I just wish I had been able to do it sooner, but due to my circumstances, that is what it is.

I love the product! They fit right into my ears, feel very comfortable, and are not easily observed by others. There are 3 settings to help adapt to different hearing situations. One problem: I forget I have them on....

I love the people! From receptionists to coaches to doctors they are very helpful. If your contacts are not available, you are immediately set up with help to answer your questions. There's no hanging on if you are caught in a predicament where "right now" is when you want answers.

I took the hearing test and got fitted with a set of Signa hearing aids...was given a pair of "loaner" aids to try out. They worked ok for about a week or so then the problems started. Returned to Hear.com and they did some "adjusting" to them....didn't work any better...

Seems like if I would move the little wires it would work again for a short time and also had a problem with the Bluetooth set-up.... I didn't want these aids if they wouldn't even work during the TEST period. Returned them and am still looking for another company. Doug

Hear.com is a full service hearing aid provider! They provide all the equipment sent directly to your home and scheduled your appointment or appointments with an audiologist for you!

I highly recommend Hear.com if you have significant hearing loss. They arrange a hearing evaluation and provide a discount on hearing aids that local providers cannot match. I experienced great customer service and communication as well as a trial period to adjust to the hearing aids.

I never knew how bad my hearing had become until I connected with Hear.com and was led through the process of having my hearing checked, obtaining the needed financial help, and finally trying out hearing aids.

For the longest time I had been putting off having things checked out. Both because of Vanity, and not wanting to admit that I was losing my hearing.

Repeatedly saying "WHAT", soon got old, and I would either not understand correctly, or try to piece together bits of conversation and come up with what I thought was being said. I soon found out how bad that was.

Once I had my aids adjusted to my own individual needs, I was hearing things that I hadn't realized went away. Hear.com was there for me all of the way.

I have a hearing coach, who answers my questions, helps find a solution and checks up on a daily basis. My life has greatly improved, and I am very grateful for Hear.com!

I have had great experience with hear.com. I was having trouble hearing and I was isolating myself from people because I could not hear what was being said. I would say "I can't hear you or could you please repeat that." I wanted to be able to hear my hubby, grandchildren and friends.

Getting started with Hear.com was an easy process. The first thing was waiting to receive all the equipment by mail. It is easy to set-up. I had a blip with the first computer, but it was easily rectified by calling the number and speaking with a rep. They basically overnighted another computer.

Everything worked out with second computer. I had my virtual appointments with the doctor. What a Blessing it is to hear correctly and talk to people. Thank You SO much!

The Hear.com process was entirely pleasant. I lost my hearing suddenly at age 34 and in the process of reaching 78 was frustrated with changing batteries in other hearing aids and learned to read lips very well.

The rechargeable aid is great, the audiologist was excellent and I am happy to have improved my communication.

I do tell others how pleased I am with my new hearing aids. I have recommend them to others. I would like them better if the speakers were smaller, I have small ear canal & I can't put them in as good as I need to.. When I put them in where they need to be for better hearing they slip back out..

Outstanding customer service! The customer service representative that assisted me with my order, Kody, was outstanding. He provided me with a number of options to resolve my hearing issues and recommended the perfect quality hearing device to resolve my issues.

Then, when I went to the facility closest to my house I was very professionally greeted and was given a very thorough hearing exam by Mildred who then perfectly fitted me with the hearing aid.

I've been wearing hearing aids for years, different brands, and none has felt as comfortable nor provided the hearing "aid" that this one does. The other hearing aids either did not fit comfortable or bothered my hearing, they did not feel natural, so I used them only when I absolutely had to wear one.

The hearing aid I purchased from Hear.com is so comfortable that I barely feel it and the hearing is outstanding. It feels natural, not amplified hearing. Bottom line, I don't take them off. Thank you hear.com, I will definitely recommend you.

I've had a pair of Hear.com hearing aids for a few months and they have failed completely. I reported the failure several weeks ago and have called many times. Still haven't had a response from customer service aside from "Have you changed the filters?" The total lack of support is enough for me to advise against any purchase from this company.
