I really like Hear.com's products because they are a lot better than my oldest hearing aids. I had a lot of trouble understanding my wife and I struggled in crowded areas and with background noise, and these have helped a lot.

I have over-the-ear hearing aids. Sometimes, I have a hard time hooking with Bluetooth. I've got an Android phone and I don't think it works as well as an iPhone, but it's been working lately. These hearing aids made my life better. Before, I just did not even pay attention to what was going on.

My hearing aids from Hear.com go around my ear, and then in the ear. They have little black things that you have to put on the end of them when you clean them.

I like these hearing aids. A lot of time, I don't wear them because I'm just at home and I'm by myself and I can put on the TV as loud as I want to. I like to wear them when I go out.

One thing that I really like about them is that it has a thing on my phone where I can narrow it down to the people that I'm with. It really helps. When I'm in a group of people, I can hear what they're saying and I don't have to say, "Huh?"

I decided to give Hear.com a try. I have had 4 different hearing aids over the last 10 years, and they did improve my hearing somewhat, but not to the point where I felt I could hear clearly and with ease of operating.

The service and attention from the Professionals have been very good and I appreciate their attention to details and all “on line”. The cost is high, but to me worth the investment.

I understand that some of the difference in this brand is that there are two chips build in, and maybe that is what makes so much easier to use. Thank you for improving my life. Inger **

Hear.com is great. I love them. I got behind-the-ear hearing aids. I've got glasses, so I got to figure out something there. Other than that, I do love being able to hear my telephone call in my ear. That's a nice thing.

I put my hearing aids in a little case every night, and they get recharged there. Every now and then, I have to recharge the case. They hold the charge for at least a week.

Hear.com sounded cutting-edge. It sounded like something that had been around yet informative and that they were moving forward. It wasn't just, "This is it, take it or leave it." I thought there was some innovation to it.

There are some really cool things with Hear.com. It seemed like they were aggressively intuitive about the future. They're keeping up with the times. So as technology comes out, they incorporate it. This is a great model A, and it's 100 years old, but it's a really good model A.

Also, there was no pushy pressure. It was all just information. The guy that I had spoken to simply said, "Do I sound pushy to you?" I said, "Not yet. But you won't know about it because I'll just hang up when you do."

He started laughing and said, "Awesome. Because I don't wanna sound like a salesman. I'm trying to educate you on your hearing."

I don't wear my hearing aids all the time. I've noticed a couple of things. When I wear them, I'm a little more aware of what's around me like the winds and the birds, the jets, and the ambulance. I hear more. One of the things I noticed was when I drive my '06 Ford F-350 Super Duty Diesel truck, I hear more squeaks.

I have fat fingers and I don't have a lot of feeling in my fingers, and the one thing that I don't like is when I get the piece I shove in my ear, I put that little thing on top of my ears and the hearing aid on top, and my wife always has to come and adjust it so that the piece is in my ear.

It's my own difficulties, and I don't wanna transfer them to my hearing aids because I think that'd be a little unfair.

We charge the hearing aids. I put them on that little thing up there by my sink. My container will charge them on three different occasions to full charge. So if I'm going on a trip, I don't bring my charger because I know that if I'm going on a four-day trip or a five-day trip, my hearing aid case charges them at night so they're fully ready to go the next day.

It's a portable carrying case that has a battery in it that will charge them three times the full charge, and I like that.

I like that I don't have to travel to Phoenix three and a half hours away. They have all this stuff. They sent me their equipment, I plug it in the way it's supposed to be plugged in, and they do the hearing tests and everything right over the phone.

When they gave me the hearing tests and everything, I was pretty impressed. It's just I could tell that the guy that did it was pushing because he had a time frame.

When I put my hearing aid on, it's a fight between the hearing aid and my glasses. There's only so much room between my ear and the head. So, I requested a longer tube.

They said, "We gave you the longest one we have." I said, "I understand that. But you weren't listening, I'm requesting a longer tube. I want the hearing aid to go behind my ear, not sit on top of my ear."

They didn't have a longer tube. They said they were gonna be coming out with one someplace four months from now. I told them to let me know. I said, "I'd love to buy one." They said, "Oh, you don't need to buy one, we just ship it to you."

After I bought it, they told me that there was a $300 referral fee. They said, "If you refer somebody to us, then we'll send you $300." I said, "Cool. Just apply it to the bill." They said, "Oh, we can't do that."

The other thing they said was, "You have to have the deal closed before we can send you a referral fee." "Okay. Well, if you can't send money, what are you doing?" It's a gift card from Costco. I haven't heard anything more about that at all. I referred my son and he bought one of the hearing aids, and he loves it.

I really love the way that they did the testing. That was the biggest reason why I actually called them. They sent me a box, and in that box, it had a laptop. We had cords that came out of this other little doohickey that plugged into that laptop.

So, when the rep did his testing, it's kind of what you'd call a Zoom call on that laptop so that laptop connected to him was connected to the hearing aid center in the box. I sat at my kitchen table and did my hearing test. I thought that was pretty freakin' cool.

Then they said, "Hang on to it for three weeks." I said, "Well, I thought we just did it?" They said, "Yeah. But when we send you your hearing aids, we may need to do some adjusting. If we do need to do some adjusting, then we will want you to hook back up to that."

They did make some adjustments because you could hear someone painting a house with a toothpick. That's too much.

Another thing I like about Hear.com is I can go into the program, which is on my phone, and I can adjust it myself. It is Bluetooth. So when I'm in church and I have my hearing aids in and the phone rings, it rings through my hearing aids and not out loud. So, I can call and say, "I'm in church. I'll call you back."

I called Hear.com and I spoke with Matreya. She was very good. So, I went ahead with everything, and I've been doing okay.

I'm happy with my hearing aids. They're good. I've had a few adjustments in the beginning. Other than that, everything seems to be okay. Once I was taught how to clean them, I've been doing that regularly.

They're very comfortable, and it definitely made a difference. My wife likes it. I was extremely satisfied. I would definitely encourage others to go with Hear.com.

I've been very satisfied with everyone concerned including the doctor there that I've been dealing with. He's been wonderful and very accommodating.

The rep who helped me at Hear.com was awesome. Claude was his name. Everything has been positive. He wasn't pushy at all. He just told me about his experience.

I didn't realize until I actually got my hearing aid how much I was missing. The background noises were too loud and the diction wasn't right, I'd have to look at people's lips and say, "Did they say man or did they say Sam?" It was hard distinguishing some consonants.

Sometimes, I would have to ask people three times, "Would you mind repeating that?" Sometimes, I still didn't get it, and I was too embarrassed to ask them to repeat it because I didn't understand what they said. I'm very happy with my hearing aids.

I was looking into purchasing an over-the-counter hearing aid. The ones I have are more expensive than the over-the-counter, but I like the idea that they grow with me. As my hearing needs change, they can be adjusted.

Hear.com was great. It worked out. They got me pre-approved and worked out a payment plan for me. I just wish I had been able to do it sooner, but due to my circumstances, that is what it is.

I love the product! They fit right into my ears, feel very comfortable, and are not easily observed by others. There are 3 settings to help adapt to different hearing situations. One problem: I forget I have them on....

I love the people! From receptionists to coaches to doctors they are very helpful. If your contacts are not available, you are immediately set up with help to answer your questions. There's no hanging on if you are caught in a predicament where "right now" is when you want answers.

I took the hearing test and got fitted with a set of Signa hearing aids...was given a pair of "loaner" aids to try out. They worked ok for about a week or so then the problems started. Returned to Hear.com and they did some "adjusting" to them....didn't work any better...

Seems like if I would move the little wires it would work again for a short time and also had a problem with the Bluetooth set-up.... I didn't want these aids if they wouldn't even work during the TEST period. Returned them and am still looking for another company. Doug

Also, there was frequent communication by phone and text from the company explaining the benefits of their product and how I would be benefited. When my appointment needed to be rescheduled, the company took care of it for me.

I highly recommend Hear.com if you have significant hearing loss. They arrange a hearing evaluation and provide a discount on hearing aids that local providers cannot match. I experienced great customer service and communication as well as a trial period to adjust to the hearing aids.

I never knew how bad my hearing had become until I connected with Hear.com and was led through the process of having my hearing checked, obtaining the needed financial help, and finally trying out hearing aids.

For the longest time I had been putting off having things checked out. Both because of Vanity, and not wanting to admit that I was losing my hearing.

Repeatedly saying "WHAT", soon got old, and I would either not understand correctly, or try to piece together bits of conversation and come up with what I thought was being said. I soon found out how bad that was.

Once I had my aids adjusted to my own individual needs, I was hearing things that I hadn't realized went away. Hear.com was there for me all of the way.

I have a hearing coach, who answers my questions, helps find a solution and checks up on a daily basis. My life has greatly improved, and I am very grateful for Hear.com!

I have had great experience with hear.com. I was having trouble hearing and I was isolating myself from people because I could not hear what was being said. I would say "I can't hear you or could you please repeat that." I wanted to be able to hear my hubby, grandchildren and friends.

Getting started with Hear.com was an easy process. The first thing was waiting to receive all the equipment by mail. It is easy to set-up. I had a blip with the first computer, but it was easily rectified by calling the number and speaking with a rep. They basically overnighted another computer.

Everything worked out with second computer. I had my virtual appointments with the doctor. What a Blessing it is to hear correctly and talk to people. Thank You SO much!

The Hear.com process was entirely pleasant. I lost my hearing suddenly at age 34 and in the process of reaching 78 was frustrated with changing batteries in other hearing aids and learned to read lips very well.

The rechargeable aid is great, the audiologist was excellent and I am happy to have improved my communication.

I do tell others how pleased I am with my new hearing aids. I have recommend them to others. I would like them better if the speakers were smaller, I have small ear canal & I can't put them in as good as I need to.. When I put them in where they need to be for better hearing they slip back out..

Outstanding customer service! The customer service representative that assisted me with my order, Kody, was outstanding. He provided me with a number of options to resolve my hearing issues and recommended the perfect quality hearing device to resolve my issues.

Then, when I went to the facility closest to my house I was very professionally greeted and was given a very thorough hearing exam by Mildred who then perfectly fitted me with the hearing aid.

I've been wearing hearing aids for years, different brands, and none has felt as comfortable nor provided the hearing "aid" that this one does. The other hearing aids either did not fit comfortable or bothered my hearing, they did not feel natural, so I used them only when I absolutely had to wear one.

The hearing aid I purchased from Hear.com is so comfortable that I barely feel it and the hearing is outstanding. It feels natural, not amplified hearing. Bottom line, I don't take them off. Thank you hear.com, I will definitely recommend you.

I've had a pair of Hear.com hearing aids for a few months and they have failed completely. I reported the failure several weeks ago and have called many times. Still haven't had a response from customer service aside from "Have you changed the filters?" The total lack of support is enough for me to advise against any purchase from this company.

Everyone I have dealt with in the company from first phone call to last was extremely nice polite considerate and a good listener. They did stick to everything they said from the beginning as far as the equipment and such and they are worth a try for sure. Good customer service is hard to come by nowadays.

The whole experience with everyone I was in contact with at HEAR.com has been fantastic. Everyone was very knowledgeable, positive and personable. I am retired however I do not have insurance so price was a big factor for me.

The price was affordable and I now have the devices that I needed. I did not need a money back guarantee or 30 days to make a decision. I knew after one day these hearing devices were perfect for me and I wasn’t giving them back. They have made a huge difference in my life. I am very satisfied.

These are not my first set of hearing aids, but they are the best. I have no problem joining in with conversations, I don't have to process every word someone is saying.

The minor adjustments made and the balancing for my different hearing levels from right to left has significantly increased my comfort level. The audiologist set up different programs (Universal, Noisy and TV), these settings have increased my overall satisfaction.

As an 85 year old man whose hearing quality began slipping away 25 years ago, I can tell you that these Horizon Hear aids are, by far, the best quality pair of the five I have owned over that time.

Some of the reasons: no batteries to buy; the rechargeables built in work for at least sixteen hours; the Bluetooth feature permits me the flexibility to adjust them to each experience within each day; cleaning is a breeze and I don’t have to replace my earwax protectors nearly as often; I don’t find myself saying, “huh?” Nearly as often.

All in all, excellent quality regardless of price; the value is there.

The woman I spoke with after completing a questionnaire online was so friendly and helpful. Very thorough. I was surprised to receive the kit quite quickly. Set up of the tablet was very user friendly.

The original woman needs I spoke often the first couple weeks and I felt assured Hear.com was who I wanted to deal with. The doctor who checked my hearing via the tablet was also professional but friendly? It all was so easy.

I enjoy the app on my phone so I can easily adjust my aids depending on my situation. I will recommend hear.com to anyone who complains about their hearing. I will also recommend not waiting til your hearing loss is truly bad. Mine wasn’t too bad except in certain situations.

I adapted easily and well to the new aids. I believe the more loss you have the harder it is to adapt. The price was below what I had anticipated, and with no insurance was a serious investment but I don’t regret it at all.

I am so thankful that I found Hear.com. I have been continually impressed with every aspect of my experience, particularly with the service provided by my primary staff support person, Rachel **.

I was also thoroughly pleased with the remote hearing test process, equipment quality and professional evaluation of my hearing needs by a professional audiologist, as well as with all the helpful articles videos and follow-up emails. My hearing aids are great and I am so happy with the great improvement in my hearing.

Called to enquire and purchased $6500 hearing aids, received a few days later. The box came with a tablet that was supposed to start with instructions. It didn’t work and it took several calls to finally get some assistance.

I will admit I was a bit irate by this time but customer service couldn’t care less that I had spent a considerable amount of time on this. I would expect better having spent $6500. My experience is causing me to return the Hearing aids and not deal with this company.

After 35 years of being severely hearing impaired, these hearing aids have opened up a whole new world for me to finally being able to hear more clearly than I've ever heard in my entire life! This newfound hearing ability has brought me better self esteem.

These hearing aid devices have given me a newfound confidence and freedom to finally be able to actively participate in social and work group conversations. I'm now hearing normal, everyday sounds that I have never heard before. It is truly a miracle!

I tell everyone it is "all my dreams come true, and more"! The customer sales and assistance representatives at this company are top-notch as well. They are very knowledgeable, super respectful and so friendly.

It has truly been one of the best experiences in dealing with a company that I've ever encountered in my 54 years on this Earth.

I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. Don't suffer with mediocre hearing devices anymore. I encourage you to make the change to these incredible hearing devices. You can see for yourself...all your dreams of finally hearing better will come true!

I tried Miracle Ear and now Hear - customer service is much better with Hear. I really like the hearing aids, the sound quality is also much better. The only weakness I have experienced is with bluetooth - the range is less than I am used to with other applications, however that is really just something I have to get used to.

I have had some problems with the aids dropping off (shutting off) for no apparent reason. I am working with customer service to see if it is me or the aids and then getting it fixed.

I filled out a review just recently. I was very pleased with talking with a consultant, and then afterwards to the gentleman who help me set up the phone adjustment for the hearing aid.

I love the hearing aid, once they are in, I don't know that they are there. Very comfortable. In the future, please check with other personnel to see if a survey has been sent out. Thank you Christine .

Hear.com found out that my Medicare Supplement insurance would pay a portion of the cost of my new hearing aids, and made me an appointment with a local hearing technician.

When I arrived for the hearing test, the hearing aids were there waiting to be programmed with the result of the test. Hear.com helped me work out a payment plan.

Everything went very well. One small piece of equipment was missing, let them know and it was there tomorrow.

The hearing aids work very well and the control of the sound levels, direction, noise filters and talking on the phone. It's all great. Went to get a haircut today and had to take my "ears" out, boy am I deaf... LOL

Hearing and sight are the two most important senses to me. Tho I'm physically and mentally healthy and able to get around, being able to hear and see life around me just amplifies my enjoyment of life - Praise the Lord!

I have had digital hearing aids for the past 3- 4 years but still was missing a lot of what was being said by my wife, daughter and grandchildren (all voices in the higher frequency range). I could understand them when right in front of them with them facing me, but otherwise, missed a lot.

The cost of replacing functioning hearing aids caused me to hesitate, but I so wanted to understand clearly what was being said by my loved ones. With the advances in the digital hearing aids in the past couple of years I decided to take a chance and am so joyous that I did.

I can hear and understand more clearly now even in large groups and restaurants, as well as in church. My hearing loss is severe. Without my hearing aids I can't understand much of anything being said.

With the Horizon hearing aids from Hear.com and the programming they put into them; I am able to enjoy conversations with my loved ones to a degree that I was only hoping for in the recent past. They were honest with me, following thru with what they promised I would receive in product and service.

The staff, tech support, representative and audiologist have all been very friendly, willing to take the time to listen to my concerns; and respond with words and actions that have improved my understanding of the hearing aids and make changes to the programming as per my requests.

I am very happy with the hearing aids, the improved clarity of hearing, the support of the Hear.com staff, and for making the decision to spend the money and try these aids.

From the first contact, Hear.com has done everything they said they would with the utmost professionalism, courtesy, thoroughness. The hearing test was more respectful, well explained and precise than a walk-in to a national organization.

The equipment was so easy to set up, use, return and took no effort on my part. Every person has scheduled, called, been available when they said they would, and sent me reminders. So very pleased to have found these awesome professionals!!

First of all, I responded in the evening to a Facebook ad. When I called there was a recording. In the ad, should have mentioned only responding during certain hours in what time zone. Then I received numerous contacts via messenger and calls (4 in approx 1 hour).

When I did speak with someone (2 times) spent an inordinate amount of time answering the same questions. All I wanted was an appointment in the office, which they refused. It appeared they wanted to take the time with the audiologist as brief as possible.

As a long-time hearing aid user, the screening seemed interesting on the PHONE with someone with a hearing loss when in-person would be more beneficial and effective. I understand the need to get basic information, but this was a valuable waste of my time.

I had battery-operated hearing aids for quite a while before I came across an ad for Hear.com. I was skeptical because it was pop-up ad. But what they offered I could not pass up.

Hear.com hearing aids are not only rechargeable (goodbye batteries!) but also Bluetooth enabled. Now I can listen to music at the gym through my cell phone directly to my aids. The features are outstanding. They make no dinging alerting sounds.

In fact, they slowly adjust to your individual hearing needs to the point you forget you are even have them on.

I am assigned an assistant who checks up on me and helps me with any concerns. She encouraged me to wear them as much as possible so that they can determine my hearing habits make adjustments on their own. I am thrilled. They are worth every penny I spent buying them.

Hear.com have essentially changed my life. It was amazing how much I have been missing. The convenience of the smartphone connectivity to my hearing aids is one of the best conveniences.

The application on my smartphone has also made it so I can adjust levels and direction to the changing environments. I would highly recommend Hear.com for hearing aids.

I would recommend Hear.com. They made the whole process easy. The agent that worked with me was very helpful, attentive and asked me questions that help complete the appointment process.

I would suggest when making any purchase of this amount you shop around and find the best fit for your personal situation. I’m not sure just how hear.com truly works but in my situation they referred me to an independent office to complete the testing and fitting. It was like working with a broker for hearing aids.

I have had great service with Hear.com. I have had them since July of this year. I liked being able to send messages on the mobile app. I had to uninstall and reinstall my horizon app. (Not the one that controls my hearing aids).

After reinstalling the app it is asking for the link provided by my consultant under that in a blue box which says "go to message inbox." I don't have a link. Prior to this I was getting an error message which is what made me uninstall and reinstall. This all happened after my phone updated.

I do have some questions about my hearing aids. I have tried emailing the mentor I had but I have not heard back. Please let me know what I can do fix the app....or can you send me a link.

It is so nice to be able to send a message. I also like reading the articles that were on the app. They were helpful and informative.

At 51 years old I started wearing hearing aids. I wear daily and min. Of 14 hours a day. 1st pair costly and many repairs. Lasted 8 years. 2nd pair costly, worse experience and troublesome. Lasted 4 years.

This pair from Hear.com was great experience and best investment I made. They are comfortable and everything a person would want in hearing. I'm so pleased with hear.com experience these hearing aids. I forget I am even wearing them.
