I have some hesitation at the start, you know to accept that your hearing is really diminishing but when I talk with customer representative I was very much at ease talking and how wonderful Hear.com rep. make me comfortable and answer all my questions. She go the extra mile.

I tried Miracle Ear and now Hear - customer service is much better with Hear. I really like the hearing aids, the sound quality is also much better. The only weakness I have experienced is with bluetooth - the range is less than I am used to with other applications, however that is really just something I have to get used to.
I have had some problems with the aids dropping off (shutting off) for no apparent reason. I am working with customer service to see if it is me or the aids and then getting it fixed.

From the very first day I could hear clearly and understood what people were saying. The support from Hear.com was very helpful and encouraging. I am very pleased with the quality of my hearing aids and the support I received.

I filled out a review just recently. I was very pleased with talking with a consultant, and then afterwards to the gentleman who help me set up the phone adjustment for the hearing aid.
I love the hearing aid, once they are in, I don't know that they are there. Very comfortable. In the future, please check with other personnel to see if a survey has been sent out. Thank you Christine .

Hear.com found out that my Medicare Supplement insurance would pay a portion of the cost of my new hearing aids, and made me an appointment with a local hearing technician.
When I arrived for the hearing test, the hearing aids were there waiting to be programmed with the result of the test. Hear.com helped me work out a payment plan.

The employees at Hear.com know their products and know how to get you the best deal for you money. The Doctor was unbelievable knowledgeable about the products and their related costs and helped me more than I can write about.

Everything went very well. One small piece of equipment was missing, let them know and it was there tomorrow.
The hearing aids work very well and the control of the sound levels, direction, noise filters and talking on the phone. It's all great. Went to get a haircut today and had to take my "ears" out, boy am I deaf... LOL

Hearing and sight are the two most important senses to me. Tho I'm physically and mentally healthy and able to get around, being able to hear and see life around me just amplifies my enjoyment of life - Praise the Lord!
I have had digital hearing aids for the past 3- 4 years but still was missing a lot of what was being said by my wife, daughter and grandchildren (all voices in the higher frequency range). I could understand them when right in front of them with them facing me, but otherwise, missed a lot.
The cost of replacing functioning hearing aids caused me to hesitate, but I so wanted to understand clearly what was being said by my loved ones. With the advances in the digital hearing aids in the past couple of years I decided to take a chance and am so joyous that I did.
I can hear and understand more clearly now even in large groups and restaurants, as well as in church. My hearing loss is severe. Without my hearing aids I can't understand much of anything being said.
With the Horizon hearing aids from Hear.com and the programming they put into them; I am able to enjoy conversations with my loved ones to a degree that I was only hoping for in the recent past. They were honest with me, following thru with what they promised I would receive in product and service.
The staff, tech support, representative and audiologist have all been very friendly, willing to take the time to listen to my concerns; and respond with words and actions that have improved my understanding of the hearing aids and make changes to the programming as per my requests.
I am very happy with the hearing aids, the improved clarity of hearing, the support of the Hear.com staff, and for making the decision to spend the money and try these aids.

From the first contact, Hear.com has done everything they said they would with the utmost professionalism, courtesy, thoroughness. The hearing test was more respectful, well explained and precise than a walk-in to a national organization.
The equipment was so easy to set up, use, return and took no effort on my part. Every person has scheduled, called, been available when they said they would, and sent me reminders. So very pleased to have found these awesome professionals!!

First of all, I responded in the evening to a Facebook ad. When I called there was a recording. In the ad, should have mentioned only responding during certain hours in what time zone. Then I received numerous contacts via messenger and calls (4 in approx 1 hour).
When I did speak with someone (2 times) spent an inordinate amount of time answering the same questions. All I wanted was an appointment in the office, which they refused. It appeared they wanted to take the time with the audiologist as brief as possible.
As a long-time hearing aid user, the screening seemed interesting on the PHONE with someone with a hearing loss when in-person would be more beneficial and effective. I understand the need to get basic information, but this was a valuable waste of my time.

I had battery-operated hearing aids for quite a while before I came across an ad for Hear.com. I was skeptical because it was pop-up ad. But what they offered I could not pass up.
Hear.com hearing aids are not only rechargeable (goodbye batteries!) but also Bluetooth enabled. Now I can listen to music at the gym through my cell phone directly to my aids. The features are outstanding. They make no dinging alerting sounds.
In fact, they slowly adjust to your individual hearing needs to the point you forget you are even have them on.
I am assigned an assistant who checks up on me and helps me with any concerns. She encouraged me to wear them as much as possible so that they can determine my hearing habits make adjustments on their own. I am thrilled. They are worth every penny I spent buying them.

Hear.com have essentially changed my life. It was amazing how much I have been missing. The convenience of the smartphone connectivity to my hearing aids is one of the best conveniences.
The application on my smartphone has also made it so I can adjust levels and direction to the changing environments. I would highly recommend Hear.com for hearing aids.

I would recommend Hear.com. They made the whole process easy. The agent that worked with me was very helpful, attentive and asked me questions that help complete the appointment process.
I would suggest when making any purchase of this amount you shop around and find the best fit for your personal situation. I’m not sure just how hear.com truly works but in my situation they referred me to an independent office to complete the testing and fitting. It was like working with a broker for hearing aids.

I have had great service with Hear.com. I have had them since July of this year. I liked being able to send messages on the mobile app. I had to uninstall and reinstall my horizon app. (Not the one that controls my hearing aids).
After reinstalling the app it is asking for the link provided by my consultant under that in a blue box which says "go to message inbox." I don't have a link. Prior to this I was getting an error message which is what made me uninstall and reinstall. This all happened after my phone updated.
I do have some questions about my hearing aids. I have tried emailing the mentor I had but I have not heard back. Please let me know what I can do fix the app....or can you send me a link.
It is so nice to be able to send a message. I also like reading the articles that were on the app. They were helpful and informative.

At 51 years old I started wearing hearing aids. I wear daily and min. Of 14 hours a day. 1st pair costly and many repairs. Lasted 8 years. 2nd pair costly, worse experience and troublesome. Lasted 4 years.
This pair from Hear.com was great experience and best investment I made. They are comfortable and everything a person would want in hearing. I'm so pleased with hear.com experience these hearing aids. I forget I am even wearing them.

I had been dissatisfied with prior providers. The process with Hear.com was smooth and painless, the guarantee great and the provider they recommended was excellent.
Everything done on my time and convenience. Everyone I dealt with was professional and personable. And, oh yes, the hearing aids have been excellent.

Hear.com has a RIPOFF!!! I tried their hearing aids for the 100% 45 Day Risk Free Trial. I returned them within the time period. I have a receipt. They REFUSED to refund my money. I am Current out $5,770 of my money they have.

Extremely impressed with the whole experience thus far. I have worn hearing aids for a long time and made the change to Hear.com. Amazing service and care.
The exams were amazing and the difference between these and my previous hearing aids: virtually no comparison. Unbelievable, Keep up the good work.

Hear.com has served me very well in providing an individualized hearing aid that is comfortable, inconspicuous in my ear and successful in giving me increased hearing.
Throughout the 45 day trial period, hear.com has kept frequent contact with me to answer questions, remedy problems or make necessary adjustments. I am pleased with the results.
Group as well as single and phone conversations now are clearly understandable. The TV does not have to blare anymore. I still have difficulty hearing in noisy situations - the waiter in a restaurant and the stewardess on an airline talking in soft tones.
Although I hear much more now, some consonants are still not heard correctly.. I understand that a hearing aid cannot restore one to normal hearing so I am pleased with the great improvement I did get. I wear my aid every day and do not want to be without it.

Pretty much provide the degree of expertise you should expect when their "team of experts" includes as many dental hygienists as it does actual Audiologists (one).
That they take no responsibility for your experience with their "partners" (READ THE FINE PRINT!) is probably wise on their part - because as much as they would like you to believe that they will refer you to an outstanding doctor of audiology, the truth is a decent audiologist would never agree to participate in a program that pays a third party for doing absolutely nothing at all.
The pricing outlined is no cheaper than the cost of simply buying your hearing aids from a local Audiologist... And the standard of care is almost bound to be inferior.

I signed the contract for Hear.com hearing aids trail period about 5 weeks ago and the hearing aids came shortly after I was approved.
Shortly after that I had my first video appointment with a very nice gentleman which walked me thru the content of the box and how to set up the lab top for the video conference with the person to fit and adjust my hearing aids three days later.
Everything was explained to me. It was easy to understand. I'm 80 years old and still work in my own business. Then comes the video conference with the fitter. She was very friendly, she did the hearing test and adjusted the aids to my liking.
At this time she told me to install the ear buds and push them in my ears. It was very difficult and there did not stay in my ears. She knew I had problems with it. As a result next day I lost the right hearing aid.
After I called Hear.com the next day I was told I had to pay for a new hearing aid. I was never told that there was no insurance on the hearing aids and nobody gave me this option. After this I tried three or four times to call the service department and was put to hold.
I left two messages to call me back with no results. I believe the product is good but the service sucks. I did send the product back.

They explain it all super well. They make sure you’re fitted properly and understand the care. They answer all questions thoroughly.
They follow up with making sure aids are working correctly and that you understand how to put them in. My problem was itchiness and they dealt with it and solved the issue.

I had been searching for hearing aids for my wife and finally settled on Hear.com after considerable research. I left my contact info on their website and received a call from one of their reps that was very helpful and guided us through the process.
My wife got a hearing test and then she went to our local hearing center to be fitted. She is extremely happy with her hearing aids and I don’t have to constantly repeat myself.
The rep at Hear.com was very helpful and arranged everything from the low interest financing to the local hearing company. Called often to make sure all was going well and made follow up calls after all was done. Now I believe I need some and I know who I will use.

I did not expect the level of professionalism that I received and was pleasantly impressed. The quality of the hearing aids is incredible and a 15 hour battery life is very appreciated. The hear.com team were always friendly and extremely helpful. I would recommend them 100%.

I had a fantastic experience working with Hear.com! I was trying to find information for my dad, who needed hearing aids, and stumbled across hear.com.
Filling out their survey took some time but it was super thorough and it seemed to help answer some questions before I even had a chance to speak with someone at their company.
I wish we did this for my dad a long time ago! This was seriously such an amazing decision, thank you to those at hear.com. :)

Hear.com was very helpful and kept in touch with me during the trial period and even after. I am enjoying the Resound hearing aids. My hearing is so much better than it was before l got them. They are so comfortable l forget l am wearing them.

Hear.com connects you with caring and knowledgeable professionals. My experience with Cara and Guy was and is exceptional. They are caring and work to get everything right for me.
I trust Cara to give me honest and informative advice. She is quickly responsive to my questions and needs. The function of the hearing aids have resulted in a positive change in my social life. I commend Hear.com for being such trustworthy company.

These hearing aids have been a life changer for me. Especially the volume of TV while watching has gone so low now that my wife actually will turn up the volume and I could never hear a single word being said at her volume she likes to watch at.

Hear.com made it so easy to get my ears tested from home and get my first hearing aids. They are so supportive and gave me guidance from start to finish.
They not only sent my hearing aids, but gave me lessons to use them and fine tuned them for me during a couple follow up calls. My experience with them continues to be amazing!

This company was tops in proactive communication. We had a dedicated representative throughout the buying process who explored options, talked with our insurance company, called for followup as we tried out the aids — in short, we did feel like they believed they were in business to serve their customers in ways that made those customer willing to help the company build a profitable and sustainable business.

Hear.com dropped the ball about sending my paperwork to the company that was going to test my ears and get my hearing aids. The day I was scheduled to do this was canceled because the company did not have the information they needed.

After the sale good luck getting ahold of your sales rep, so far called and left 4 messages and emailed a few times with no reply and it’s been over 2 weeks. She was on the ball when trying to sell them to me but since I can not get ahold of her or her mamas.

I was very pleased with my total experience from the product to the professionals that helped me every step of the way. I tried other online hearing aids and Hear.com found the one that worked best.
I am grateful for the way I am now able to hear my grandchildren. I did not think I really needed hearing aids but I was totally wrong. I was missing out on so many things and didn't even know it.

My primary experience with Hear.com was with their initial representative who responded to my inquiry. Abby showed genuine interest in my hearing and my circumstances.
She helped me walk through my hearing needs, asking questions that made my hearing problems more easily understood and considered. She was also always sensitive to my financial needs and explained in detail the options.
She made it easy for me to make a decision and easy for me to change it when my circumstances changed. She was gracious and understanding throughout our conversations. When I am able, I will definitely return to Hear.com for help.

I am loving my Hear.com hearing aids. The entire process was super simple. After a couple phone calls with very friendly and knowledgeable representatives, my on-line appointment with the audiologist was scheduled.
They shipped my hearing aids in 3 days AND they even shipped me a notebook computer for the exam. I never had to leave my home!
My hearing test showed me to have mild to moderate hearing loss (BTW a previous exam I’d had done in a specialists’ office yielded the same results).
The audiologist set my aids specifically to my hearing loss and, in just a few minutes, she’d taught me how to use and recharge them. And this was important to me: she took all the time I needed to ask questions and to practice putting them in so that I never felt rushed.
I hear so much better now! I’m keeping the TV volume much lower than before and I only rarely ask people to repeat things. They are so tiny nobody knows I'm wearing them!
Oh, here’s one more great thing: they are paired to my IPhone with Bluetooth so I can listen to podcasts, music, etc without needing ear buds or a headset.
And there are none of those pesky little batteries like my dad has to fiddle with...these babies recharge right in their little storage case. I can’t imagine how another process could be any easier or give me better hearing than I have with these from Hear.com.

I have enjoyed wearing the hearing aids and enjoy the new technology. As a previous wearer of another company, I have had better hearing in most instances. The reception is better all around.
I can’t say background noise tho has been diminished. Restaurants are so loud anymore that I think, at times, that it escalates the sound.

Hear.com was fantastic. It was my first experience with seeking hearing aids. I had researched as much as I could and I felt that what hear.com had to offer was superior to anyone else.
They were unbiased and truthful and everything I said turned out to be right. I highly recommend them for anyone seeking hearing aids.

I purchased hearing aids from Hear.com about four months ago. I paid $2300.00 and my insurance, Etna, paid $2500.00. Within one month I had lost the left hearing aid twice.
The second time, I was unable to find the hearing aid and it cost me an additional $300.00 to purchase another one for my left ear. In the last month, I lost the same left hearing aid again and was unable to find it once again.
I contacted the Hear.com office in Washington, PA and wanted to know what they could or would do for me since the same one had fallen out three times and they said nothing. They referred me to an 800 number for assistance.
I do not intend to pay for another hearing aid that has fallen out so many times so basically, I am out $2600.00 and still cannot hear anything. The right ear that has the hearing aid in it is not working too good either.
I was told in the beginning my right ear was going bad so they suggested to get both at one time and they would work out better. Well, as you can see, that did not happen so not I have nothing.
The girls working there were very nice, but that is not helping me to hear especially after spending $2600.00. Not happy at all with this company.

I got hearing aids from Hear.com for a "free trial." After a few weeks, I returned those hearing aids and bought basically the same ones from Costco for one-third the price. Hear.com billed my insurance for the hearing aids anyhow, even though I did not buy theirs.
They refused to return the insurance payment. This meant that I could not claim reimbursement for the hearing aids that I actually bought. So, that "free trial" cost me $1,500.00.

The worst company I have ever done business with! I spent $3500 on Signia hearing aids. Hear.com and Florida Eye in Melbourne FL were aware of all the problems with Signia yet they continue to push them on people.
Their customer service rep made a bunch of excuses as to why they never returned my messages sent through their app, saying my rep was no longer with the company. They have yet to do Anything to fix the problem with the garbage they sold me.
You can look and see all of the negative comments on the Signia App. The app is part of these hearing aids. They tell you it has Bluetooth technology yet the hearing aids are constantly connecting and reconnecting to the app with my iPhone only a foot away.
These hearing aids turn off by themselves because the app is junk. Don’t use Hear.com or Florida Eye! They are scam companies preying on people.

Their customer service is terrible. I spoke to an agent on Monday about a 45 day trial and was told she would get back to me by the end of the day.
She also took my credit card number and I was told an authorization was going to be put on my card just in case I was a no show for my appointment which I didn’t receive until I had cancelled the trial. My credit card was charged the very first day I spoke with the agent.
Even after I had spoke with customer service and cancelled the trial, the agent still sent me an appointment anyway. I asked customer service to make sure my card was not charged. This is not a company you want to use.

At first, this was the Heavens opening up with a cascade of sound. Then the one aid was malfunctioning, but we got that fixed in a phone call and a delivery of filters {a second call and an emailed video helped some}.
Then the other one won't work, and the company seems to be ignoring us. I got no return to text or calls {I know our provider is in the California gigafire area,} but even his associate in Florida was uncertain as to why we got no calls back.
The contact numbers are difficult to sort out from the calls to the sales center. George in Florida stated that he had spoken with our California guy, and at least he called back to follow up.
Every is oh-so-empathetic on the sales and the first call, as was George on the calls he made, but my husband is so unimaginably angry at you and also at me. Certainly there is another step to be taken.
My credit is linked to this service, and it is tenuous since Jim would like to dump the whole case. We need a better fix. We expect a better fix, and we expect it now.

I loved doing business with this company! The hearing aids are much less expensive than others I checked out. They are easy to insert and remove, they are rechargeable, so no batteries to mess with.
My doctor is amazing. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with hearing problems.

I contacted Hear.com for hearing loss in my right ear, based on a prior telecon they offered a leasing program. Their rep. organized a local Pittsburgh appt. with a 3rd party audiologist. I arrived at their office to find I didn't have an appt., plus the hearing aid was never delivered.
I made a subsequent appt. directly with the audiologist assuming hear.com would deliver the hearing aid. Instead, hear.com cancelled my appt. saying the hearing aid wouldn't arrive in time.
I contacted hear.com to establish a path forward but they have not returned my calls. Very un-professional, IMO.

Never before have I experienced this kind of “service”. When I made the initial contact at Hear.com I was asked for my credit card so they could charge me $98 if I did not appear for the appointment for the hearing test! What?
But when I refused to give them my card they continued on with as if it did not matter. Their website does not answer simple questions made to the contact person.
I get responses that have nothing to do with what I asked. Almost like “canned” answers. And the pass code to the site is only good for a few days and then you have to get another code to sign on again. What the heck is all this?
I called the hearing clinic where my appointment was made and they were very understanding about my situation and canceled my visit.
They also had never heard of the penalty money for not showing for an appointment. They were quite shocked about the fee. Needless to say I will not deal with them again.
