Thank you Allegiance Moving and Storage for all of your assistance regarding my move. Being in the military entails relocating a lot and if I would have found Allegiance sooner I would have been a lot less stressed out throughout my previous moves. From their moving coordinators to their customer service to the hard-working crew on site there are no words to express my gratitude. They not only helped me with paperwork that I needed to be reimbursed but also assisted me and packing and unpacking my items so I could breathe prior to deployment. Thank you again for all of your help and amazing follow through.

Allegiance Moving and Storage isn't your typical moving company. From the first email that I received from the moving coordinator Michael I knew that they stood out for a reason. Michael was able to get an organized list of all of my home items while I just rambled off things and also include my vehicle and the customer service department went above and beyond to not only keep me updated but my nerves at ease throughout the whole process. They were always a phone call away and even on a holiday weekend or able to answer the various questions that I had. Thank you again for all of your help and hard work!

I recently used the services of Allegiance Moving and Storage to move from Tennessee to South Florida. I was shocked to have finally found a company that I could speak to instead of being spoken at. Bill my moving coordinator listen to all of my concerns and help me build the correct inventory so I was prepared for the day of the move. On the day of the crew was a pleasure to work with efficient and made sure that all the space was being used to my advantage. I'm now just waiting for my delivery this upcoming week and can't wait to have my items and set up my new home. 5 stars!

We were very surprised at how efficient and hardworking they were from beginning to end. You read so many things online that it is almost impossible to choose the right company especially one to transport your priceless home items but from the first call with Bill at Allegiance Moving and Storage I knew I was choosing the right company. They were available every time I had a question or needed to make a change to my list of items and were professional and courteous. I recently used the services of Allegiance Moving and Storage to move my home items cross country and with all the things it entailed choosing them was one of the best decisions I've made. They were able to get my items packed, loaded and delivered in the time expected and not one scratch on any of it.

I literally had two days to move last minute. Sean was super helpful and scheduled the move exactly as I needed it on short notice with a fair price. I couldn't believe how quickly they were in and out. My things were delivered quickly and safely. Allegiance made this such an easy move for me. I appreciate all your help and working with my very short notice.

During our move with Allegiance Moving and Storage, we needed to move our entire 4 bedroom home, including a very large hot tub that we had just purchased. The hot tub ended up needing special equipment to be able to load it on to the truck.

Between the customer service department and the crew on site, they were able to quickly find a resolution to this and get the necessary equipment to our home within a couple hours and made sure that it was securely loaded onto the moving truck. Very responsive company that does take the time to help when and if any issues arise during the move.

Everyone I spoke with at Allegiance Moving was really exceptional. They were all patient, professional, flexible and responsive. Moving my elderly father was a challenging situation and they treated him so well, explaining everything to him. The team was in constant communication with me throughout the day. I feel very lucky to have found them and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

We needed to relocate to Hawaii due to my husband's military position. I called Allegiance Moving and Storage and spoke with John. He was able to coordinate everything for us to have our shipping containers transported from California to Hawaii. Excellent communication from him and his team. It really felt like all I did was made a call and they took care of everything from that point. We are extremely pleased with how smoothly everything went for this major move.

We had scheduled a move with Allegiance Moving and Storage. Unfortunately, we ended up not being able to move due to issues with the sale of our home. Allegiance was so kind during this time and refunded our money immediately. Everyone from our agent, Bill, to the staff in the customer service department were very responsive and sympathetic to our situation. We hope to be able to relist our home in the near future and make this move happen. When we do, we will be calling Allegiance back.

From start to finish, Allegiance Moving & Storage was terrific. They responded quickly to my estimate request and were able to give me a cost that worked within my budget. We hired Allegiance Moving & Storage to move us from San Diego, CA to Chapel Hill, NC. They were excellent, professional and such a delight to work with. Everyone starting from the head office to the guys that did the all of the heavy lifting were great. All were courteous, friendly, on time and very professional. I recently used the services of Allegiance Moving and Storage to move my elderly parents from Kentucky to Wyoming and couldn't be more happy. Not only did they wrap and package all of their items from the furniture to the last spoon but also delivered in the time frame that they needed to go into their new assisted living facility.

Allegiance Moving and Storage are for lack of better words are AWESOME! From the initial estimate to the ones that followed since I am going through an amicable divorce they were able to not only pick up my items and deliver them to my new home by my ex-wife's as well.

It was nice to work with a company that was understanding and empathetic to our situation and even helped us coordinate the dates so as to get everything done at the same time.

I would like to specially thank Jackie and Robin for being a phone call away for us since we had A LOT of questions and last minute changes. They not once were frustrated nor sounded upset and gave us the much needed peace of mind and service that we needed and hoped to get from a moving company. 

I had my cost increased 50% plus on a visual reviews. They are brokers and that is a nice name, they take your money and leave the moving company to pick up the pieces with the customer. Ask them to give a you cost estimate not to exceed, they will not do it.

Imagine budgeting your move at let's say $10,000, then they do a visual over the 2-4 days before your planned move and now the price goes to 16,000....they are still not the movers, just the brokers and at this point, they have your money for their portion of the move up front.

Do not use a broker, call any other moving company, let them review the site and most will give a quote not to exceed. This is a much safer path to moving and will decrease your stress level. The company they brought in was great. I highly recommend IMOVERS.

I use the services of Allegiance Moving and Storage to move my mother across the country to be closer to us. It was a nerve-wracking time since she had been in that home for over 45 years. I am happy to say that all of her items are now delivered and she is loving her new life with myself and my family and my children.

By far the best moving company I have ever dealt with. I could tell they had my best interests at heart. They have well exceeded my expectations and have really set the bar high for this industry.

I am happy to say that we have officially unpacked the LAST box of our move that began in August 2023. It was a big decision to uproot my life and move to a new location due to a career opportunity and to be able to trust the individuals shipping our household items across the country.

Moving is not fun. It doesn't matter if it's down the street or across the country but with the help of Allegiance moving and storage It was a heck of a lot less stressful and agonizing.

I was able to concentrate on packing and making sure what I actually wanted to transport while they handled the rest and the hardest part which is not only the physical labor but all the logistics of my move. On the day of my only job was to sign and point to what needed to go where and at delivery the same.

The crew Allegiance sent were prompt to load the truck and arrived about an hour early for delivery. Time management is important to me, I have a very busy schedule. They understood my situation and did their best to accommodate my schedule.

I had an elevator reservation and loading doc and all kinds of things to arrange and the pros came through for me. Anyone with a busy schedule should call them they seem to know what a busy professional schedule looks like. I enjoyed working with Emmi. She kept me up to date on the truck.

We booked our cross-country move with Allegiance Moving and Storage six months in advance. At that time they were rated number two in the top ten moving companies. The movers assigned to us and Allegiance did not notify us as to our pickup day.

We had to make phone calls three days in a row to get a straight answer. They tried to appease us with excuses and/or lies. The two movers finally arrived at 7:30 p.m. and packed until 4:00 a.m. and put our belongings in storage somewhere. We told them delivery window could start on August 1.

Today, August 14, after multiple days of phone calling and leaving messages we still have not heard when our goods will be delivered. No one will call us back.

Customer service with Allegiance and Atlantis Van Lines is no way to treat customers. Their logistics team needs to be trained properly to guarantee delivery of goods on time.

STAY AWAY from this company and its’ Subcontractors-CAREFREE movers. False promises the whole way. Lost golf clubs and legs for dining tables, and major, major damage to nearly all large items. Go to ‘moving reviews.com’, and type in Carefree Movers (their subcontractor!).

Arrived in unmarked trucks/unprepared to reassemble beds etc, that was in contract. Said we had 4200 cf, and insisted we pay them the extra for that on pick up! And of course the non-binding estimate (NOT binding as advertised on their site!) ended up doubling.

(Despite the fact that when they arrived 3 weeks late to unload, the truck clearly was only filled to 2200.cf!) Took zero care with anything-every box was crushed/torn and/or dented. Said everything would be shrink wrapped! NOT^ SO!

One of their ads online gave them 5 * from AARP for multiple recent years, for service moving antique items! Said our wardrobe (which has always been on the 2nd floor), was too heavy! SOME items just thrown in truck with NO protection.

Said they were busy and had to leave ON DROP OFF, before they had finished putting items in place, and dumped a lot of the heavy items in the garage FOR US TO MOVE, WHICH WE COULDN’T, SO HAVE TO PAY SOMEONE ELSE TO MOVE THEM! Biggest SCAM out!.

After they had their money were very disinterested in doing anything to help at all-just couldn’t have cared less! Just kept giving US numbers to call! Now $11000 out of pocket w/ most large items damaged beyond repair (which have survived transatlantic move and 3 others just fine)!

DO NOT even think about going with his company. All they neg. reviews are absolutely true. Don’t believe ANY of the 5 star reviews at all. First read Movingreviews.com, and look up Carefree Movers (They also have 5 * reviews if you google them-probably 100lse) If I could I would give them 0*!

I needed to move out of my condo in an exceptionally a surprising bit of news and it was an extremely upsetting circumstance. They made the cycle very smooth and had the option to get me booked to move the following day.

They were really effective, pleasant, on schedule, and amazingly trustworthy. I would call them again on the off chance that I at any point expected to move once more.

I have nothing but good things to say about you guys! The customer service was out of this world! I was always kept informed with useful information regarding my move.

They called me with the eta for the movers and the movers even called me themselves when they were an hr away from me so I could be ready for them.
